Zain Suharwardy is the Managing Director at Accenture leading their Digital Commerce Practice for South East Asia with 16 years of digital experience. Previously Head of Singapore Post e-Commerce helping brands enable end to end in their ecommerce journey from building their platforms (Magento/SFCC/Shopify), integrating them onto Marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, ZALORA,etc),Managing Demand Generation (Marketing, Store operations & Commercial planning) to Demand Fulfilment (Warehousing, Last Mile and Operational SOPs).

Prior to SPeC, I was incharge of digital transformation at Creador Prior to that I was involved in building Lazada in Malaysia, 11 street in Malaysia and Managing Director for Rocket Internets Asia venture Daraz to position the company for its acquisition by Alibaba Group.

I started my E-commerce journey back in 2012 as part of the founding team of ZALORA where I worked across the SEA countries.
