Terence has been involved with eCommerce since 2000, covering much of the APAC region and has had the opportunity to work with leading brands on Customer Experience throughout his tenure in companies like IBM, SAP and Adobe. His current work in LivePerson allows him to explore solutions that allow brands to engage their customers over social, web and app channels and ensure brands have the capability to monetize these engagements to increase their conversion rates.
