My role is to ensure we have a consistent approach throughout in our digital communication and customer offering across all our sales channels and I directly look after our own websites (Trading, Digital marketing, web development, eCommerce Operations, Content and CRM) as well as managing our presence on multiple Marketplaces and looking after Customer services and all Omnichannel D2C orders.
